On March 24, Drops of Ink hosted a mayoral town hall meeting with Libertyville mayoral candidates Terry Weppler (the current mayor) and Jeff Harger. Staff members Alejandro Garcia Escobar (opinion editor) and Jack Kosowski (sports editor) led and moderated the discussion, asking pre-written questions and taking them from audience members as well. All were invited to attend the form, and noted guests included students from Advanced Placement Government classes.
