Shelves usually filled to the brim with groceries ran low at the Libertyville Jewel-Osco on Sunday, March 15 as shoppers tried to buy limited supplies of toilet paper and cleaning materials due to mild panic caused by the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak.
