On Saturday, Oct. 7, hundreds of people lined the streets to celebrate the annual homecoming parade. The parade featured floats from various LHS clubs and sports teams along with a handful of other businesses located in Libertyville. It also recognized the group of seniors named the Homecoming Court.
The annual parade begins with Libertyville High School principal, Dr. Koulentes (Dr. K), riding in the back of an old pickup truck, throwing candy to kids anxiously awaiting the sweet treats.
