I am a senior at LHS and have been on DOI for 4 years; this year I am co-Editor-in-Chief. In addition to DOI, I’m also apart of Student Council, Advocats, LHS United, Link Crew and Life of a Wildcat.

In high school, it’s easy for students to be defined by their two-digit GPA or test scores, making it difficult for them to understand that they can have an impact that goes way beyond these mere numbers.

Mrs. Jennifer Lund, Ms. Amy Belstra and Mrs. Michelle Jones are in charge of all things college- and career-related at LHS. Despite working on their own responsibilities, such as scheduling visits with college representatives, meeting with students and sending transcripts to colleges, the three work as a team to make sure every LHS student is prepared for their future, whatever path that may be.
