Compared to other LHS frosh/sop plays, “Honk” is a lot different. Mr. Thomas made the collective decision to turn this production into a musical and tour various elementary schools in the area. “[Mr. Thomas] decided to make a frosh/soph play [into a] musical [because] typically freshmen and sophomores don't get into [the winter musical] because there are older, more experienced people – same thing with crew,” said Brooke Weintroub, a member of Honks running crew. “This is a thing for underclassmen to grow their abilities.”

events and assemblies, juniors Morgan Short, Francesca Crovetti, and
sophomores Kailynn Kilpatrick and Olivia Vanheirseele, are apart of the
LHS cheer team and have a great presence year round.
